Arnon Lambroza, MDArnon Lambroza, MD
Dr. Arnon Lambroza is a gastroenterologist who specializes in esophageal and swallowing disorders, including gastroesophageal reflux disease, Barrett's esophagus, achalasia and diffuse esophageal spasm. He is also an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal motility disorders such as gastroparesis (delayed gastric emptying), irritable bowel syndrome and constipation.  Dr. Lambroza performs upper endoscopies and colonoscopies, as well as highly specialized gastrointestinal function tests such as esophageal manometry, 48-hour wireless pH studies (Bravo pH probe) and esophageal impedance-pH testing. He is one of the few physicians in the country experienced in managing patients with gastroparesis who have received a gastric electrical stimulator (“gastric pacemaker”).

James Aisenberg, MD
James Aisenberg, M.D. 

Dr. Aisenberg is the Clinical Professor of Medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. He graduated from Harvard Medical School, trained in internal medicine at The Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center, and completed his gastroenterology fellowship at The Mount Sinai Hospital. His research focuses on gastrointestinal endoscopy, and also on the impact of common medications on digestive health. He has published over 100 articles, chapters, and abstracts in leading peer-reviewed journals, and speaks nationally and internationally on gastrointestinal health and disease prevention. He is the President of the Digestive Disease Research Foundation. As featured in The New York Times, from 2003 through the present he has been selected annually by his peers as a “Top Doctor” in New York in the field of gastroenterology. 
   

Kenneth M. Miller, MDKenneth Miller, M.D. 

Dr. Miller is an instructor of Medicine at The Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. He graduated with the highest honors from New York University School of Medicine, trained in internal medicine at Harvard University's Beth Israel Hospital, and completed his gastroenterology fellowship at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. His research interests include colorectal cancer screening and the development of new technologies for therapeutic applications of endoscopy. Dr. Miller has numerous publications and has presented his research at gastroenterology meetings both in the United States and abroad. Leon Kavaler, MDLeon Kavaler, MD
Dr. Kavaler is currently a Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. He earned his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center and completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Mount Sinai Hospital during which he was selected as Chief Medical Resident. He remained at the Mount Sinai Hospital to complete his fellowship in Gastroenterology where he continues to play an important role teaching residents and fellows how to perform colonoscopy and endoscopy. His interests include colon cancer screening, peptic ulcer disease, acid reflux and inflammatory bowel disease.  Dr. Kavaler is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. He has been selected to New York Super Doctors since 2009.

Neville Bamji, MD Neville Bamji, M.D.

Dr. Bamji is Clinical Instructor of Medicine at the Mount Sinai Hospital, New York. He received his undergraduate degree in 1998 from Johns Hopkins University. He received his MD in 2002 from Cornell University Medical College. He subsequently completed internship and residency training in Internal Medicine in 2005 at the New York Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell Campus. He then went on to complete his fellowship in gastroenterology in 2008 at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Weill Cornell Campus. His research interests include colorectal cancer screening and wireless capsule endoscopy. Dr. Bamji has presented his research at various national and international meetings. William Perlow, MDWilliam Perlow, MD
Brooklyn born Dr.William Perlow is a board certified gastroenterologist for over 30 years, and is senior teaching attending at the Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center. He has performed over sixteen thousand colonoscopies and upper endoscopies. He specializes in intestinal bleeding, cancer detection and irritable bowel syndrome; including constipation and unexplained abdominal pain. Dr.Perlow has been a scientific co chair of the Ileitis & Colitis Foundation of New York, and has both a national and international following of patients. In a wide ranging career, Dr.Perlow served 2 years active duty as a major in the U.S. Army Medical Corp. He has been a technical advisor to United Artists Studios. In 2008 he was selected by the President of the American Gastroenterological Association to serve as the only non - academic clinician on the organization's nominating committee for their next president and other important posts.

Yevgenia Pashinsky, MDYevgenia Pashinsky, MD
Dr. Pashinsky completed her medical education and training in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology/Hepatology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. She remains affiliated with Mount Sinai as a Teaching Attending and Clinical Instructor of Medicine/Gastroenterology and is involved in the education of gastroenterology fellows as well as residents and medical students. Her interests include colon cancer prevention, irregular bowel habits, inflammatory bowel disease, abnormal liver function as well as women’s gastrointestinal health and nutrition. Dr. Pashinsky is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the New York Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Her research has been presented at various national and international meetings.
